In May 2020, in the midst of the first wave of COVID-19 lockdowns director Leanne Kesler of Floral Design Institute noted a not only negativeness. When asked which inspiring new initiatives she had seen in the industry, she explained how her floral school was going online more and more: "The rapid development of innovative no-contact flower delivery.
